Virginia Ham & Crab Topping for Steak or Fish Fillets

Ingredients
  • 6 oz. fresh lump crabmeat
  • 2 slices Virginia country ham, diced
  • 2 oz. unsalted butter
Instructions
Melt butter in skillet then sauté crabmeat and ham over medium heat until warm. Place the topping on grilled steak or baked fish and finish with a Béarnaise Sauce if desired.
