Steamed Shrimp with Cocktail Sauce

  • 1 lb. large raw shrimp in shell
  • 2 tbsp. Blue Crab Bay Co.® Steaming Spices
  • Cocktail sauce:
  • 1 c. ketchup
  • 1tbsp. prepared horseradish or horseradish mustard
  • 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tsp. parsley
  • 1 tsp. basil
  • 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. hot sauce
Place unpeeled shrimp on rack over water in large pot. Sprinkle with Steaming Spices. Cover pot with tight lid, bring to a boil, and steam 3 to 5 minutes or until center of shrimp is opaque. Drain and cool. Chill well, then serve with cocktail sauce. For cocktail sauce: Mix all ingredients well, and chill before serving with steamed shrimp.
