Shrimp Stuffing for Avocado

Ingredients
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 tin Blue Crab Bay® shrimp, drained
  • 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. cocktail sauce or salsa
Instructions
Cut avocado in half and remove seed. In a small bowl, mix shrimp with mayonnaise and cocktail sauce (or salsa). Place avocado halves on top of lettuce leaves in a plate. Fill each half with the shrimp mixture. Garnish with lemon wedge and serve immediately.
