Shrimp Pasta Salad

  • 1½ lbs. raw shrimp
  • 3/4 c. Seafood Grilling Sauce
  • 12 oz. pasta, cooked
  • 1 c. frozen peas, thawed
  • 1 c. cherry tomatoes, cut in half
  • 1 sm. red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/3 c. fresh parsley, chopped
Steam shrimp over 1/2 cup boiling water (shrimp are done when flesh turns opaque white). Shell and devein. Combine shrimp, pasta, peas, tomatoes, onion and parsley in large salad bowl. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Pour Seafood Grilling Sauce over salad immediately before serving and toss lightly.
