Mustard Encrusted Salmon with SpinachIngredients
Instructions
Place salmon fillets in lightly oiled baking dish. In a small bowl, combine mustard, mayonnaise and salmon seasoning. Slather onto salmon fillets, then top those with panko bread crumbs. Bake at 400 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes, or until panko is golden brown. While salmon is baking, sauté crushed garlic in olive oil, add spinach and cook just to wilt.
