Lowfat Crabmeat AppetizerIngredients
Instructions
Pack crabmeat into clean, small clamshells. In a bowl, mix together yogurt and mixer. Spoon 2/3 tsp. of sauce over crabmeat-stuffed shells. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Place on a preheated broiler for 2 to 3 minutes until hot, or microwave on high for about one minute. Serve immediately. Optional: If clamshells are unavailable, broil in muffin tins or ramekins. |
