Eastern Shore Tuna Casserole

Ingredients
  • 1 can Blue Crab Bay Co® Eastern Shore Clam Chowder
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 cup frozen corn
  • 2 cans (6 oz each) water-packed tuna, drained
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1 small can sliced black olives, drained
  • 2 sliced plum tomatoes (for garnish)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients except tomatoes in a casserole dish. Bake for 25 minutes. Garnish with sliced tomatoes. May be served over noodles or rice if desired. Serves four.
