Crab Salad

Ingredients
  • 1 cup mayonnaise (or 1/2 c. sour cream 1/2 c. mayo)
  • 2 tbsp. onion, minced
  • 3 tbsp. green pepper, minced
  • 4 tbsp. Sting Ray® Bloody Mary Mixer
  • 1/2 to 1 lb. crabmeat
Instructions
Combine all ingredients except crab, then gently fold in crabmeat. Serve over lettuce.
