Crab Balls

Ingredients
  • 2 tins Bay Beyond® Crabmeat, drained
  • 2 cups soft bread crumbs
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 tbsp. cocktail sauce
  • 2 tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp. minced red or sweet onion
  • 3/4 tsp. dried parsley
  • Dash each: dry mustard, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, black pepper
  • 1 cup crushed potato chips
Instructions
Mix crab, bread, eggs, cocktail sauce, mayonnaise, onion, herbs and spices well, cover and refrigerate one hour. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Scoop out a rounded teaspoon and roll in hands to make ball. Roll in crushed potato chips and space evenly on a baking sheet. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until golden. Serve with cocktail sauce. Makes about three dozen.
