Chesapeake Crab Dip
In a saucepan over low heat (or in microwave on low), soften cream cheese in 2 tbsp. water or liquid from crabmeat. Add sour cream, crabmeat, Crab Dip Blend, a dash of Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice. Stir gently until mixed. Refrigerate and allow flavors to blend for several hours or overnight. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with plain crackers or chips.
Options: Add 1 tbsp. dry sherry or wine. Serve warm. Use pieces of French bread for dipping.
