Baked Honey Mustard Salmon with Virginia Peanuts
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine butter, mustard, and honey in a bowl. In a second bowl, mix bread crumbs, chopped nuts, and Salmon Seasoning. Glaze the fillets lightly with the honey-mustard sauce, then sprinkle the crumb-nut mixture over the fillets. Bake for about 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily. Salt and pepper to taste, and garnish with a slice of lemon.
